Richard was very professional and super responsive to questions we had. His program shows actual pictures as to how the design will look – which is brilliant, since at times it’s hard to imagine how something will look, when just seeing it on paper. His work ethic and responsive truly shows he cares about his customers! Although the actual construction will not happen for a while, we can’t wait to see the design come to life.
